

CHARLOTTE FC
We worked directly with The Carolina Panthers owenership to define the identity of what would become the Charlotte Football Club. From naming through crest design, we used a fan-first approach, speaking to Charlotte residents and transplants about what they loved about the city, and what they were looking for from a local sports team. The result was a straightforward team name that won out as a fan favorite, set against bold black and blue crest inspired by Charlotte’s origin as the location of the first-ever US Mint, and its continuing status as a global financial hub.
